Nvidia has acquired Kumo, a predictive AI software company, for over $400 million, according to a source. Kumo previously raised $37 million at a $250 million valuation in 2022, as reported by PitchBook.

Garnix, a Nix CI service, is shutting down on July 15th, 2026, as part of its acquisition by Shopify. The service will be open-sourced, allowing users to host their own instances.

The Dutch government blocked Kyndryl's acquisition of Solvinity due to concerns over potential risks to the country's digital infrastructure, citing a possible risk to the public interest.
